Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your BSGSolution.com purchase only for non-digital product or downloadable product, please return it to us within 30 days (of the ship date) for a refund. Items must be in original new condition (not worn, not washed, not altered) and must still have all tags attached. Items returned without tags or that are not in original condition will not qualify for a refund. Upon the receipt of returned goods, BSGSolution.com reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Sale merchandise can be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY when returned within 30 days of the ship date. An $8.00 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Please note, we only accept returns that were purchased via this website. BSGSolution.com will not accept orders that were purchased through other means or other retailers. We also do not accept BSGSolution.com returns at BSG Solution office.

Exchanges

At this time, BSGSolution.com cannot automatically process exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on BSGSolution.com.

Refunds

Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. Your credit card issuer may require additional days to process the credit before posting to your account. Full priced merchandise will be credited to the original payment method and sale merchandise will be refunded as online store credit to your online BSGSolution.com account. If you do not have an online account, a secure password will be emailed to you once the online store credit is issued. An $8 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your total return refund.

Making a Return

  1. Complete the return form included in your order by filling in the code that best explains your reason for return and the quantity of items you are returning.

  2. Tear off the bottom portion of the form and include it in your shipping box along with the items you wish to return. Please remember that the bottom portion of the form must be enclosed with merchandise.

  3. Attach the pre-paid, self-adhesive return label to your securely packed and sealed package and drop it off at the nearest UPS location. To find a UPS location, please visit www.ups.com or call UPS customer service at 1-800-823-7459 FREE to schedule a pick up.

Your refund will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt.
